We had actually heard about Pasta Nova awhile back from one of the wineries around Woodinville, but we never had a chance to try it. We recently moved into the area and decided to get take out. We were not disappointed!My husband and I shared the homemade meatball appetizer and the Pappardelle Amatriaciana. We asked for the pappardelle amatriaciana to be extra spicy. Even after we got home, the dishes were absolutely delicious! The meatball was tender and juicy (and also very large). I thoroughly enjoyed the pappardelle amatriaciana. It wasn't terribly spicy, but there was enough for a slow burn the more you ate. The pasta itself was the perfect level of chewy and sauce-covered, and I thoroughly enjoyed the sausage and the chicken pieces.They also gave us complementary bread, which we devoured in our attempt to get to every last drop of sauce. Heavily recommend this little joint!

My husband and I went on valentines day for their special four course meal. It was a set cost at $80/person but worth it! Delectible food made from the best ingredients. I got a Seafood dish and it was a noodle stuffed with 5 huuuuge prawns and the finest grab. We had a glass of red and glass of white house wines. Very nice and reasonably priced, too! They even sent is home with a rose. Great experience.

It's one of my go to places for Italian/pasta. Doesn't feel too heavy, as some Italian places can feel. I love their linguine. The texture is amazing! And they give free cheesy bread sticks with some (olive) oil.As for the atmosphere, it's pretty romantic. They have a Himalayan candle and really nice comfortable chairs. The dim lighting lends to the romantic vibe, but you can also go with friends/family.

This is the Best Italian food around. Simple, fresh, authentic Dishes. Fantastic selection of Wine and outstanding service and atmosphere. Price point spot on. Just right. Tip well get to know them and come back often.
